The only verified ways to purchase tickets to The National:

  1. Online through Ticketmaster or Account Manager
  2. In person at our Box Office

Direct service options are provided for Season Tickets and Groups of 10 or more. To learn more about purchasing tickets to shows at The National, please read our Consumer Warning and ticket policies below.

2024/25 Season Show Policies:

Broadway at The National and Ticketmaster are the only OFFICIAL TICKETING PROVIDERS for events at The National Theatre. Tickets obtained from other unauthorized sources may be stolen, counterfeit, or invalid and may not be honored. Tickets purchased from other sources are often inflated in price and not eligible for assistance if tickets are lost, stolen, or in the event the show is canceled or rescheduled. Broadway at The National is not responsible for tickets purchased from other sources.

All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges. The following policies apply to single ticket purchases:

  • If your event is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, including account credit to be used for future show purchases, or refunds upon request.
  • Exchanges are available to our Season Ticket Holders as an exclusive benefit. Learn more here.

Season ticket holders should refer to the information below.

All patrons must present a ticket for entry to all ticketed performances. It is the policy of most shows that children under the age of 4 will not be admitted.

By attending any event at The National Theatre, all guests agree to abide by Broadway at The National’s Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct requires all guests abide by the laws, regulations, rules, orders and guidelines of federal, state and local government; the rules pertaining to a particular event; and the rules of the venue, The National Theatre.

This Code of Conduct also requires that the following are strictly prohibited: disorderly conduct; smoking (including use of e-cigarettes) inside the venue; use of mobile devices during the performance; any recording or photographing of the performance (unless specifically permitted); use of laser pointers, strobe lights, or irritants (such as artificial noisemakers); bringing inside the venue outside food and beverages (including alcohol), large bags or luggage, professional cameras, weapons, illegal drugs, and other contraband; engaging in behavior determined in the discretion of Broadway at The National to be disruptive, in violation of a Public Health Entry Requirement, or creating a safety or health risk for you, another guest, any other person attending the event, venue staff or production personnel, are all strictly prohibited.

Violators of this Code of Conduct may be required to leave the theatre without any ticket refund, and may be subject to revocation of any remaining or future tickets to events at The National Theatre.

If duplicate tickets (two or more guests holding tickets to the same seat for the same event) are presented, immediately contact an Usher or House Manager.

Unless otherwise noted, the use of video cameras, audio recording devices, and phones and/or digital cameras in video mode is strictly prohibited in The National Theatre. The use of any of these items will result in confiscation and possible ejection from the facility.

As a thank you to our service men and women, The National offers a special 15% discount for most Broadway at The National shows. These specially-priced tickets are available in person at The National Theatre Box Office only, for our active military personnel. Please note a proper military ID is required.

Shows and dates are subject to change. Some fees may not be refundable. Ticket policies are at the discretion of The National Theatre and Broadway at The National, and may be changed at any time.
